Cariñena Wine Museum, a highlight at the 59th Cariñena Grape Harvest Festival.
The Cariñena DO will celebrate its 59th Harvest Festival from September 26 to 28, 2025 , the first edition as a Festival of National Tourist Interest and in the year in which Cariñena has been recognized as the European City of Wine 2025. The program is extended to three days, with the journalist Ángel Expósito as Guest of Honor and an exclusive concert by Rozalén as the final touch.
The Cariñena Wine Museum will be a prominent participant: in addition to being open all weekend, it will have an exhibition cube and an Expo3 stand on the Paseo de las Fiestas , where informational brochures will be distributed, the museum’s offerings will be presented, and official merchandise will be sold. Museum staff will be on hand both at the museum’s headquarters and outside to introduce this new cultural resource to the thousands of attendees.
Ángel Expósito, Guest of Honor
On Friday, September 26th , at 6:00 PM, the Exaltation of Wine ceremony will be held in Plaza de España, with the treading of grapes and the offering of the first must. This year, journalist Ángel Expósito , director of La Linterna on COPE (Spanish Broadcasting Corporation), will be the Guest of Honor.
After his speech, he will activate the mechanism that will make wine flow from the Fuente de la Mora throughout the weekend and leave his mark on the Paseo de las Estrellas .
Wine Fair and activities
The Wine Fair will have extended hours and offer tastings of wines from the DO Cariñena, along with tapas featuring local cuisine and oysters from Saint Pierre d’Oléron , a sister town to Cariñena. It will be open on Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The program is completed with parades, musical performances and the III City of Cariñena Collectors Fair .
Rozalén will close the party
On Sunday, September 28th at 8:00 PM , singer-songwriter Rozalén will perform a concert at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lagunas, as part of the Divino Festival . With tickets sold out, this will be one of the most special moments of the festival.

The 2025 Cariñena Harvest Festival will be a tribute to the winegrowers and wineries that produce ” The Wine Born from Stones ” and an opportunity to learn about the cultural offerings of the Cariñena Wine Museum , both at its headquarters and at its exhibit on the Paseo.
